For women at all stages of life — from teens to older adults — our Women’s Health Department provides comprehensive, high-quality, affordable care specializing in obstetrics and gynecology (Ob/Gyn).
Our Women’s Health Department provides the following programs and services:
- Gynecologic wellness care, including pelvic exams
- Family planning
- Pregnancy testing
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Birth Sister Program
- Postpartum depression and mental health screening
- Osteoporosis care
- Menopause care
- Breast and cervical cancer screening

Care for older adults
Both our Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and Senior Care Options (SCO) provide comprehensive care for older adults in our community.
Senior Care Options (SCO)
- This health plan covers all of the services that would normally be paid for through Medicare and MassHealth. Learn more about benefits and see if you’re eligible.
Neighborhood PACE
- As part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) network, we provide the comprehensive care and support that you or your loved one needs later in life. Learn more about your Neighborhood PACE.

Behavioral health
Your emotional and mental well-being are just as important as your physical health. Our Behavioral Health Department is here to help when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed.
Behavioral health is co-located with every primary care practice.
Are you new to NeighborHealth and need a primary care provider (PCP)? We can help you choose your PCP in the Adult Medicine Department or Family Medicine Department. Have a patient under 18 in your family? Please call the Pediatrics Department at 617-568-4477.
